Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Hyundai Richards Bay
Responsibilities:
Create and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets
Manage and lead sales team members to drive performance and productivity
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement
Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and training to sales team members
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to identify growth opportunities
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Qualifications:
Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
Proven experience in sales
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
