is a leader in insurance and retail sales, providing top-tier services to clients while fostering a dynamic, results-driven team environment. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team, drive revenue, and enhance operational efficiency.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the insurance and retail sales division, managing sales representatives, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Management

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Conduct weekly meetings, track performance, and ensure KPIs are met. Oversee contract signings and customer account management. Implement performance improvement plans as needed.

Strategic Business Development

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue. Strengthen client relationships and expand referral business. Monitor sales projections and identify opportunities for growth.

Operational Oversight & Compliance

Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Manage sales documentation, invoicing, and payment processing. Collaborate with insurance carriers and third-party contractors. Oversee installations and scheduling for interior work.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Conduct roof inspections and assessments to ensure service quality. Assist clients with claims and financial planning for unexpected events. Serve as a trusted advisor, enhancing the customer experience.

Who We're Looking For:

Master's Degree required in Business, Public/International Relations, or Finance. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or retail sales. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to train, mentor, and develop sales teams for success. Experience with AccuLynx, CRM tools, and Google Calendar for productivity. C1-level English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What We Offer:

Salary: $8 to $12 per hour + Commission & Bonuses Performance-Based Bonuses Annual 3% Raise (Capped at $75,000) $300 Monthly Health Insurance Stipend Opportunities for Professional Growth & Leadership Development
