UK Client Support & Admin Assistant - Remote (Full Time)
R30,000-R35,000/month depending on experience Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm UK time | Fully remote from South Africa
About the Role
We're looking for a full-time support and admin assistant to join our small UK-based team, working remotely from South Africa. This is a long-term role focused on email-based client support, admin, and order processing.
You'll be the main point of contact for UK-based clients, handling emails, calls, and order queries, and working closely with our UK team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
The role suits someone who enjoys structure and routine, takes pride in staying organised, and is confident communicating clearly and professionally with UK clients.

Key Responsibilities
Responding to client emails and phone calls in a clear, professional tone
Processing incoming orders and updating our systems
Coordinating dispatches with our UK warehouse
Managing a shared inbox and keeping tasks prioritised
Updating client records and tracking order progress
Noticing and flagging anything unusual
Supporting the team with general admin
Who This Suits
You've got at least 3 years of admin or support experience
You're confident communicating with UK clients and understand the tone
You're fluent in English, written and spoken, with strong grammar
You're naturally organised and get satisfaction from following a process
You've got a quiet, dedicated space at home and work without distractions
You already have reliable internet and a power backup (ideally an inverter & fibre)
You take responsibility, don't need constant direction, and spot mistakes quickly
