UK Client Support & Admin Assistant


Full-time | Remote (South Africa) | R30,000-R35,000/month depending on experience
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm UK time

About the Role


We're looking for a reliable, full-time team member to join our UK-based business, working remotely from South Africa. This is a long-term role focused on client support, admin, and order processing.

Around 80% of your day will be spent managing the inbox, processing orders, and handling client enquiries by email and phone. You'll also coordinate with our warehouse team in the UK to keep things running smoothly.

. It suits someone who is naturally organised, focused, and comfortable following daily routines. You'll be communicating directly with UK-based clients, so you'll need excellent written and spoken English, with a clear, professional tone that fits a British audience. Staying calm under pressure and spotting small issues before they become problems is key.

Please Note: If you're not detail driven, don't enjoy admin, or need constant direction, this won't be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities



Responding to client enquiries by email and phone in a clear, professional tone Processing incoming orders and updating our systems accurately Managing a shared inbox and prioritising tasks throughout the day Liaising with our UK warehouse team to coordinate dispatch and solve issues Handling day-to-day admin tasks to support the wider team (e.g. file management, tracking tasks, scheduling) Updating client details and order progress in our CRM system Flagging and following up on delays, missing information or unusual requests

What We're Looking For



Excellent written and spoken English with a clear, professional tone suited to UK clients At least 3 years' experience in a similar admin or support role Strong organisation skills and attention to detail Comfortable with structured, repetitive admin work Proactive, reliable and able to manage your workload independently Calm, confident communicator by phone and email Fast internet, inverter backup and a quiet home workspace Confident using email, Google Drive, spreadsheets and admin systems Experience with UK-based clients (preferred)
