Sales Supervisor - Queenstown region Financial Services Product and local team reporting to you.
Reporting to: Manager Seniority Level: Mid Career (2 - 4 yrs exp)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage a team of advisors.
- Deliver training and ensure product understanding.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor performance.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with respect to FAIS, FICA and other relevant legislation.
- Adhere to company rules and standards.
- Grade 12 or similar qualification is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Additional Language(s) will be advantageous.
- At least 2 years experience in Funeral Insurance.
