Sales Manager

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive showroom traffic and vehicle sales
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with the Dealer Principal and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Sales Manager within the motor industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Sound knowledge of dealership operations and reporting systems
- Valid driver's license
