What You'll Need to Succeed

• Education: Completed Post-graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or a relevant qualification

• Experience: 8+ years in a similar role, preferably in the plastics industry.

• Proven Track Record: A history of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Driver's License: Travel required for client engagement.

• Key Strengths: Leadership, negotiation, customer service, business acumen, and strategic thinking.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a powerful sales strategy aligned with company goals.

• Drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base and identifying new markets.

• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term partnerships.

• Oversee pricing strategies, supply agreements, and contract negotiations.

• Monitor sales performance, budgets, forecasts, and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

• Ensure product innovation and development in line with market demands.

• Assist with maintaining stock levels, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
