Job Summary
Previous experience in a sales-related role is a must as well as direct sales responsibilities in your previous career

Has been in a sales manager or similar position for a minimum of 8 years
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Ability to lead a sales team by example.
Results orientated.
Deadline driven.
Must have excellent negotiation skills and persuasion abilities.
Ability to think analytically, conceptually and systematically in order to resolve problems.
Solid customer service attitude ambitious and a "can do" attitude!
Availability to travel as needed countrywide 30 % of the time
Excellent mathematical skills and strong attention to detail
Be willing to work overtime when required
