Job Description

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across rental and sales channels.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and routes to market (local and international).
  • Analyse sales performance, pricing, conversion rates, and pipeline data to inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to broader business strategy discussions with the CEO and leadership team.
Sales Leadership & Execution
  • Lead and motivate a small sales team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Remain hands-on in key deals, high-value clients, and strategic negotiations.
  • Ensure a strong balance between customer acquisition, retention, and long-term brand positioning.
Commercial & Customer Focus
  • Sell high-value, luxury products with a consultative, experience-driven approach.
  • Ensure sales processes align with the premium nature of the product and brand.
  • Work closely with operations, manufacturing, and marketing to align demand, availability, and delivery.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer profiles, buying behaviour, and international tourism trends.
Process, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Implement and refine sales processes, reporting, and CRM discipline.
  • Track key sales metrics and provide regular insights and recommendations to the CEO.
  • Continuously improve sales effectiveness, conversion rates, and customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in a senior sales management role, ideally within luxury, high-value, or premium products.
  • Demonstrable track record of leading sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience selling complex, high-ticket items (e.g. luxury vehicles, leisure products, property, marine, tourism, or similar).
  • Strong commercial and strategic sales capability.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (degree or equivalent) preferred, but not essential if experience is strong.

Role Context This role is best suited to a Sales Manager who thrives in a smaller, high-impact team, enjoys building structure and strategy, and understands how to sell premium experiences and products, not just units.
