Sales Manager (Franchise Principal)

Role overview

The role of a Sales Manager demands utmost professionalism, integrity and a customer-centric approach. The completion of the prescribed Regulatory exams (RE5) and FAIS (or equivalent qualification) is a compulsory requirement. As a Sales Manager with Beech Financial Solutions (Old Mutual), you will represent the ideals and values to which the company has subscribed - Integrity, Professionalism, Customer-first. You will receive a basic salary and commission.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage a sales team with set targets Identifies & creates coordinated sales opportunities. Responsible for external networking & relationship building with key door openers. Manages, develops, appoints & train sales advisers. Responsible for 15-20 sales advisers

Requirements:

A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate RE5 Compulsory Must be FAIS compliant or equivalent qualification A valid driver's license and own car A clear criminal and credit check A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in insurance Proven computer literacy (MS Office suite) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
