The Role
We're seeking a dynamic
Sales Manager
to lead our funeral sales team in Phuthaditjhaba. You'll drive sales targets, manage a team of agents, and build strong client relationships in the Free State region.Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of 8-12 sales agents to meet monthly funeral policy sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Phuthaditjhaba market. Build and maintain client relationships, focusing on trust and community engagement. Train and mentor agents on product knowledge and sales techniques. Monitor performance metrics and report weekly to senior management. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Experience
: 3+ years in sales (insurance or funeral policies preferred); 1+ year in a leadership role.Skills
: Proven sales track record, strong communication, and team management skills.Knowledge
: Understanding of funeral insurance products and the Phuthaditjhaba market.Education
: RE5 and matric certificate; diploma/degree in business, marketing, or finance advantageous.Attributes
: Self-motivated, community-oriented, and fluent in Sesotho and English.Location
