JOB TITLE: Sales Consultant Financial Services (Call Centre)
AREA: Century City, Cape Town (Relocation support considered)

Salary / CTC: Guaranteed basic for 3 months commission only from month 4 (Depending on current earnings, qualifications, and experience)
Report to: Sales Team Leader
Type: Full time office based
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive outbound sales of financial services and insurance products
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and match them with suitable solutions
• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
• Maintain high levels of professionalism, compliance, and customer service
• Accurately record and manage customer information using CRM tools
• Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team culture

• Matric

Advantageous:
Tertiary qualification
NQF5 and RE5 certification
Skills:

• PC literacy (including Word, Excel, and email)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Objection handling and problem-solving skills
• Time management and target orientation
• CRM/database proficiency

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of proven outbound sales experience, preferably in financial services, banking, or insurance sectors
