Sales Manager - Commercial Division (Bakkies Specialist)

Are you a driven and dynamic Sales Leader with a passion for commercial vehicles? We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee our Commercial Division, specialising in bakkies and light commercial fleets. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a high-performing team and grow our market share in the commercial vehicle sector.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the commercial sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Drive sales strategies focused on bakkies and fleet solutions for business customers.
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, fleet managers, and SMEs.
Monitor and manage stock levels, pricing, and sales forecasts for commercial vehicles.
Oversee trade-ins, valuations, and deal structuring to ensure profitability.
Implement effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and showroom activities.
Provide coaching, performance reviews, and in-field support to the sales team.
Maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation.
Collaborate with OEMs and internal departments to ensure smooth operation
Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in the motor trade.
• Strong background in commercial vehicles, especially bakkies.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of fleet/client needs.
