What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You will manage all inbound sales enquiries - via calls, web-forms and listings - and ensure each is quickly qualified and allocated to the right leasing executive. You'll schedule viewings in co-ordination with park managers, follow up on lead conversions and track feedback to identify trends. You'll also maintain CRM and lead-tracking systems with precision, ensuring data integrity and providing reports on lead-volume, conversion and opportunities for improvement. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the leasing team is supported, leads turn into viewings and ultimately contribute to high occupancy and tenant success.
Where you'll be doing it You'll be joining an innovative property business that is transforming the logistics landscape through its network of serviced logistics parks and are expanding their business. You'll be based at the Cape Town CBD office, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values initiative and achievement.
What you'll need You'll bring a matric qualification with at least two years of experience in an administrative, coordination or inside-sales role, ideally within a property, service or customer-focused business. You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational ability and proficiency in CRM or lead-management systems. A proactive mindset, accuracy under pressure and an eagerness to support a busy sales environment will set you apart.
