As our Sales Lead, you'll be the front line of Meshed360's growth. You'll identify, engage, and convert new clients while building relationships with accounting firms, technology partners, and distributors. You'll guide prospects through discovery to onboarding -- and ensure they fall in love with the product.
You'll work closely with the Managing Director and Customer Success team to build a repeatable, scalable sales motion.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation & outreach: Develop and execute outreach campaigns targeting SMEs, accountants, and implementation partners in South Africa.
Consultative selling: Understand client workflows, demonstrate Meshed360's value, and design tailored solutions.
Pipeline & reporting: Manage the full sales cycle -- from qualification to close -- in Monday.com. Report on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and win rates.
Demo & presentation: Run product demos, webinars, and training sessions that clearly show how Meshed360 solves real-world problems.
Partnership engagement: Collaborate with Xero, ApprovalMax, and other ecosystem partners for co-marketing and referrals.
Market intelligence: Gather and share insights on competitors, client needs, and industry trends to inform product and marketing strategy.
Process improvement: Help refine our sales playbook, pitch decks, and pricing models as we grow.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, accounting, or inventory software sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling to SMEs, accounting firms, or distributors.
Strong understanding of cloud systems (Xero, Cin7, Unleashed, or similar).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Tech-savvy with a knack for understanding customer pain points.
Self-starter -- comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
MUST speak BOTH Afrikaans and English

Experience with Xero or ecosystem app sales.
Relationships with accounting firms, retail tech, or agri-tech sectors.
Understanding of South African tax, stock, or compliance processes.
