Position Overview
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to spearhead our B2B sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new law firm clients across the U.S., build long-term partnerships, and promote Get Linked Up's offshore legal staffing solutions.
You'll thrive in this role if you have a passion for consultative selling, a solid understanding of the legal industry or professional services, and the ability to communicate the value of remote staffing solutions to decision-makers at law firms of all sizes.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and engage with law firms across the U.S. to present Get Linked Up's staffing solutions.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments with potential clients to understand their staffing pain points and propose tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including firm owners, managing partners, and HR managers.
Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.
Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline development, and conversion performance using CRM tools.
Represent Get Linked Up at virtual and in-person legal industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities (as applicable).
Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, client needs, and service improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the legal, staffing, or professional services sector.
Strong understanding of the legal industry and law firm operations (experience selling to law firms is a plus).
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
