Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a sales intern in the retail industry. Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors
Create and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements
NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Candidate must be eligible to work in South Africa.
