Job Description

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years New Vehicle Sales experience at a franchised dealership
- Must be able to speak English and Afrikaans fluently
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and closing skills
- Valid driver's licence and Matric
- Professional, well-presented, and confident
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Strong online prospecting and lead-generation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in clients and manage the full new vehicle sales process
- Conduct needs analysis, vehicle presentations, and test drives
- Prospect for new business through calls, referrals, and online platforms
- Manage and maintain a growing customer database
- Prepare quotations, handle trade-ins, and structure deals
- Ensure compliance with FICA, POPIA, and dealership processes
- Deliver excellent after-sales service to build lasting client relationships
