Job Summary
- Direct Customer Sales
- Preparing Quotes for Customers
- Telesales
- Quoting on Tenders
- Booking out Sales Orders
- Receiving of payments
- Allocating of Payments
- Cashing Up of Sales
- Provide internal support function for Key Account Managers and or Reps
- Receiving and liaising with customers in regards to incidents or complaints
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction at All times
- Ability to work under pressure
- Technically minded
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Driven by results, committed to meeting deadlines, ambitious and dedicated, taking on full responsibility and ownership of the position.
- Ad hoc duties.
- Grade 12, with mathematics as a subject is essential
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales
- Computer Literate in (Pastel Evolution, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
