Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Executive for our used vehicle department. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling a range of used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. This role requires a strong knowledge of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our inventory of used vehicles Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels to generate leads Conduct test drives with customers and demonstrate vehicle features Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets Ensure all paperwork and documentation related to sales transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to build long-lasting relationships Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities


Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry Knowledge of used vehicles, including makes, models, and features Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record


Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Previous experience in automotive sales preferred Valid sales license or certification a plus
