Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert customer leads assigned to you.
- Conduct on-site evaluations, develop engineering designs, and prepare detailed project quotations.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure expectations and deliverables are aligned.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders via email, meetings, and phone.
- Attend weekly project meetings and conduct post-project reviews.
- Oversee on-site activities, including:
- Technology selection
- Quality assurance
- Adherence to timelines
- Supervise contractors and internal technical staff during installations.
- Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Desirable Education:
- BSc Mechanical Engineering
- Training: Project Management courses
- AutoCAD training and design capability
- HVAC (Sairac) certification
- Experience: Industrial/process factory projects and HVAC turnkey solutions
- Languages: Afrikaans proficiency (advantageous)
- A technical problem-solver with a creative and intuitive mindset.

- Committed to quality, safety, and on-time project delivery.
