Duties & Responsibilities: * Independently develop new customers, expand new products and new projects
Collect, organize and analyze customer demand information, and put forward specific suggestions and measures to improve services.
Responsible for the pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale tracking services of customer orders
Receive visiting customers and assist in dealing with general questions and requirements raised by customers
Collect information about potential customers and new customers, and develop new markets
Establish a customer data management system, collect and enter customer data, and establish a customer data database
Understand customer needs in a timely manner, feedback product conditions, and report to direct superiors
Formulate monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and implement them according to the departmental sales indicators, and complete the marketing indicators.
Implement the indicators of order placement, shipment and payment collection
Requirements:
3 or 5 Years of actual customer development work experience in offline market and channel development
Excellent negotiation capabilities for Residential Energy Storage, big dealers, battery automotive supplies, consumer electronics and other industries Experience is preferred.
Educational background requirements: bachelor or above.
Experience in Residential Energy Storage and Industrial Battery industry is preferred.
Language proficiency requirements: Good English, Good Afrikaans, good listening, good speaking Chinese, reading and writing skills, fluent oral English.
Work attitude requirements: have a wolfish drive and passion for business, a team spirit, strong logical thinking skills, strong communication skills, proactive and independent completion of various tasks.
