Revision : 0 Title: Sales Engineer - Industrial Water Division: Sales & Tendering Position: Sales Engineer - Industrial Water Report To: Business Development Head - Water Responsible For: Sales of Industrial Water Solutions Status: Permanent Job Summary: Drive sustainable financial growth through sales and forging strong relationships with all clients. Expected to achieve individual sales targets with required budgeted company gross and business margins. Provide technically driven Total Water Management solutions to clients. Responsible for execution of the sales strategy. DESCRIBE THE ROLE AND ITS CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: a) To generate new sales through prospecting and researching to generate qualified leads, converting those leads into qualified opportunities and closing sales by following the company sales process. b) To achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPAxe2x80x99s which are measured quarterly and annually. c) Following the company sales process to ensure a high probability of success. d) Have the ability to write and formulate fit for purpose proposals to designated target markets with support from the tendering lead/bid team/subject matter experts. e) Analyze and expand new sales opportunities towards sustained growth. f) Perform competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share. g) Negotiate new business closure that promotes sustained revenue. h) Understanding buying signs with the purpose of accurately forecasting within a quarterly time frame by clearly defined sales stage. i) Ensure accurate live use of company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Program.
