Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Enablement & Training Specialist to onboard, train, and support Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in a BPO or high-volume call center environment. This role is open to experienced SDRs and former SDR Team Leads who enjoy coaching, improving performance, and building simple, repeatable sales processes.
You will be hands-on with training, coaching, and day-to-day sales execution, helping SDRs ramp quickly and perform consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard and train new SDR hires on outbound sales*, tools, and processes Coach SDRs and SDR Team Leads on calls*, messaging, and objection handling Create and maintain simple training materials, playbooks, and LMSmodules
Ensure SDRs follow lead management, outreach sequencing, and CRMbest practices
Monitor SDRperformance and provide targeted coaching and retraining
Partner with sales leadership to align trainingwith KPIs and pipeline goals
Required Qualifications
Prior experience as an SDR, Senior SDR, or SDR Team Lead in a BPO, call center, or high-volume outbound salesenvironment
Experience coaching or mentoring SDRs (formally or informally)
Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and CRMusage
Comfortable working in structured, process-driven salesenvironments
Non-negotiable:
Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
