Who Were Looking For
Were hiring an EOR Sales & Division Manager to lead, train, and scale our Business Development teama high-performing group of 10 BDs focused on converting cold, warm, and hot UK leads into global clients.
You will bring strategy, structure, and energy into the sales organization, optimizing outreach performance (calls, video, emails), increasing conversions, and improving use of Close CRM & Manatal ATS.
Your Responsibilities

  • Lead & manage a team of 10 Business Development professionals focused on UK outbound sales
  • Drive weekly KPIs around lead contact, follow-up, pipeline conversion & revenue
  • Design & implement scalable sales processes, coaching frameworks, and outreach templates
  • Train the team on best practices in outreach, objection handling, compliance selling & tech stack usage
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align division goals with company revenue objectives
  • Increase engagement & conversions across all prospecting channels: phone, video, email, and LinkedIn
  • Bring operational oversight to all campaigns through dashboards, call reviews, and performance tracking
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree (Commerce, Business, or related)
  • At least 5 years of experience managing KPI-driven sales teams
  • Background in Employer of Record (EOR), Outsourcing, Offshoring, or HR/Payroll tech industries
  • Deep understanding of co-employment models, global hiring, and South African labour legislation
  • Proven experience in building & managing outbound B2B sales teams
  • High proficiency with Close CRM, Manatal ATS, and modern sales engagement tools
  • Tech-savvy, results-oriented, and comfortable with data & automation
  • Cape Town-based, able to work from our CBD office at least once per week
