Job Description
Company: TechTraders Location: Sunderland Ridge, Centurion Salary: R8,000 - R10,500 per month Employment Type: Permanent (6-week probation period)
About the Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive coordinator to manage our reseller accounts, online marketplace presence, and stock distribution across our Durban and Johannesburg operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage Makro seller portal including product listings, pricing updates, and stock level maintenance
- Coordinate stock dispatch from TechTraders/JHB warehouse based on incoming orders
- Communicate dispatch requirements to DBN and JHB warehouses
- Build and maintain relationships with resellers and drive weekly order activity
- Liaise with local suppliers to ensure smooth stock flow
- Process and track orders accurately
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric certificate
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales support, distribution, or e-commerce coordination role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with online seller portals or marketplace platforms
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Professional email etiquette
- Own reliable transport
