based in South Africa to help introduce American accounting firms to top-tier South African accounting talent.
Position Overview:
This is an ideal opportunity for a
recent BCom graduate
(preferably with accounting knowledge) who is looking to kick-start a career in business development. You'll help us connect with small to mid-sized U.S. CPA firms, introduce our staffing solutions, and play a key role in generating new business leads. You'll gain hands-on experience in outreach, communication, and client engagement while being part of a supportive and fast-paced remote team.
What You'll Do:
Research and identify potential clients (U.S. CPA firms)
Reach out to key contacts via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce our services
Set up introductory meetings for senior team members
Keep accurate records of outreach efforts in our CRM system
Support the team with follow-ups, market research, and client communication
Help improve outreach strategies and messaging with feedback and creativity
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A recent
BCom graduate
(Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred)
Strong interest in sales, client engagement, and the U.S. accounting industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Confident and professional demeanor when speaking with U.S. clients
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and LinkedIn
Bonus If You Have:
Exposure to accounting concepts or experience in an accounting environment
Familiarity with CRM systems (like HubSpot)
Interest in recruitment, staffing, or professional services
