Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: In-office, with offices in Gardens, Cape Town
Reporting to: EOR Business Development Manager and/or EOR Lead
Working Setup: 40 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays, 09:00 to 18:00.

The Role:
As an Employer of Record (EOR) Business Development Representative (BDR), your primary mission is to drive business growth by proactively generating and nurturing qualified opportunities. You will be responsible for making 85+ calls per day, with the goal of booking high-quality appointments for our Business Development Managers on a rotational basis.
The effectiveness of your booked appointments will directly influence the success of client activations, measured when a client hires their first employee through our services.
Core Purpose:
To drive business growth by proactively generating and nurturing qualified leads. The success of this role is directly measured by the number of high-quality appointments you book for the Business Development Managers, which ultimately leads to new client activations. In short, you are the front line of The Legends Agency, responsible for filling the sales pipeline and creating the initial opportunities for the company to secure new clients.
The responsibilities of this role include:
Lead Generation & Appointment Booking

  • Make a minimum of 85 outbound calls daily.
  • Secure qualified appointments for the Business Development Managers.
  • Ensure appointments meet quality standards, focusing on decision-makers and viable opportunities.
Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up
  • Consistently follow up with all leads, maintaining engagement over time.
  • Build strong relationships through ongoing communication and value-driven interactions.
  • Leverage persuasive communication to encourage clients to explore and adopt our services.
Collaboration with Marketing
  • Work closely with the marketing team to maximize lead flow.
  • Participate in creating targeted campaigns and utilize provided tools to engage the right audience.
  • Contribute ideas for marketing strategies that enhance outreach and conversion.
Contribution to Business Growth
  • Balance both inbound leads provided by marketing and self-generated business opportunities.
  • Drive consistent growth through a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Excellence in Process & Teamwork
Adhere strictly to established sales processes and workflows.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records within our CRM and other business systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure collective success.
  • Remain open to adopting new systems, tools, and methodologies.

Compensation and Incentives:
  • Monthly base salary: R25,000. pm
  • Competitive Commission Structure
