• Handling daily warm leads from our CRM and inbound pipeline
• Making high-volume cold calls and setting appointments with property owners
• Conducting calls to assess fit, build rapport and uncover seller motivation
• Making 25 to 50 outbound calls per day to property owners to qualify leads and schedule meetings
• Preparing and sending agreements and contracts
• Writing up property details and sending offer prices to the owner
• Managing appointments and keeping the pipeline up to date
• Working closely with the internal team to move deals from initial contact to signed agreement

xe2x9cx85 Who Wexe2x80x99re Looking For

• Experienced closer, minimum 3+ years of proven phone sales experience (inbound, outbound and cold calling)
• Fluent English (C1 level) with little to no accent, youxe2x80x99ll be speaking with U.S.-based property owners daily
• Driven, competitive, and self-sufficient, you take ownership of your numbers and your growth
• Interest or passion for commercial real estate and investment sales
• Excellent communication, disciplined follow-up and solid CRM skills
• A true hunter mindset, youxe2x80x99re hungry for commissions and love the thrill of closing deals
