Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to fuel the top of our sales funnel, connect with key decision-makers, and open doors for our Business Development team.

What You'll Do
Drive outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn, targeting
Community Managers and Rental Agencies
.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured frameworks (BANT or similar).
Schedule and book high-quality demos for Business Development Managers (BDMs).
Maintain accurate lead data, log outreach activity, and manage pipelines in
Insightly CRM
.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly KPIs (SQLs, booked meetings).
Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and call scripts.
Support BDMs with light post-sales administration (e.g., gathering FICA documents).
Leverage
MS Teams
and
QuicklySign
for streamlined workflows.
Requirements
1-3 years' experience in
B2B sales
, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or property-related services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Resilience, persistence, and adaptability in outbound prospecting.
Proficiency with CRMs (Insightly, Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
Strong research, organizational, and time management abilities.
Bachelor's degree preferred (not essential).
