Full-Cycle Sales Development Representative (A-Z)
Location: Remote (USA Business Hours)
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
Role Overview
We are looking for a Full-Cycle SDR who can own the entire sales engine. This is not a role where leads are handed to you. You will be responsible for the technical heavy lifting of finding and scraping prospect data, launching outreach campaigns, conducting the sales calls, and providing ongoing customer support. You own the relationship from the first touchpoint to the final handshake.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Prospecting & Targeting: Independently build high-intent lead lists. You must be an expert at using sales software (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.) to identify and scrape potential clients.
Strategic Outreach: Craft and execute multi-channel sequences (email, social, and cold calling) to turn cold data into warm conversations.
Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Conduct discovery calls and product demos. You are responsible for qualifying needs, overcoming objections, and moving prospects through the pipeline.
Account Management & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers, providing technical support and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
CRM & Ops Mastery: Maintain a perfect record of all interactions in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
Qualifications
Software Power-User: Deep experience with lead generation software, scraping tools, and CRM workflows.
The "Hunter" Mentality: A proven track record of finding your own leads and closing your own meetings/deals.
Elite Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written English. You must be as comfortable writing a technical outreach email as you are leading a high-stakes sales call.
Dual-Threat Skillset: You possess the analytical mind to handle data/targeting and the social intelligence to handle sales and support.
