Quantum Contract Solutions works with construction subcontractors across the UK, Ireland and Australia to help them
squeeze more margin out of their projects and massively reduce contract risk
by tightening up contracts, EOTs, variations and disputes.
We're growing fast and we're building a small, high-performance outbound SDR team to feed our sales pipeline.
What You'll Be Doing
100% remote work
Make a minimum of
100 outbound dials per working day
to construction subcontractors. Mainly cold leads.
Have short, sharp conversations and
book qualified sales calls
for our Account Executives.
Follow a proven script
Keep the CRM updated (notes, dispositions, next steps).
Hit and exceed your
1+ completed qualified call per workday
target (? 22 per month).

Requirements
1-3+ years in outbound SDR / telesales / cold calling (B2B ideal, not essential).
Strong spoken and written English.
Comfortable working remotely with your own reliable internet and headset.
Able to work SA business hours with full focus (no side gigs during shift).
You must enjoy being on the phone and chasing targets.

Compensation - How the OTE Works
We keep it very simple and very transparent:
Base salary (probation):
R12,000-R13,000 per month
(first 3 months, depending on experience).
Base salary (post-probation):
R14,000-R15,000 per month
once you've shown to hit the targets consistently.
Commission (performance-based):
You earn commission on
completed, qualified sales calls
you book.
At target, your total monthly earnings are in the
R25,000-R30,000+
range.
If you outperform (25-30+ shows),
R30,000-R35,000+
is realistic. There is
no cap
.
Training is quick and you will be making calls on your second or third day.

in 12-24 months based on performance, not politics.

What Success Looks Like (Month 2 onwards)
Activity:
Minimum 100 dials per day, logged in CRM/dialer.
Pipeline contribution:
1 booked and shown call per working day
Quality:
Right ICP (construction subcontractors in our target regions).
Correct decision-maker / influencer.
Proper notes and pre-call context for the AE.
If you consistently miss either the dials or the call targets, this role won't be a fit, and we'll part ways quickly.
Progression - Path to AE
We promote our best people if they want it.
If you consistently hit target over multiple months and live the behaviours we want (activity, attitude, coachability), you'll be first in line when AE roles open up.
