Wednesday-Sunday 3:00PM-12:00AM (South Aftrica Standard Time)
Overview
We're looking for a reliable, motivated individual based in South Africa to join our team in a remote role that includes 70% sales, and 30% customer service/basic social media posting. You do not need years of experience in these areas - we care much more about your attitude, ability to learn quickly, and reliability. We'll provide training, scripts, and resources to help you succeed.
If you're dependable, proactive, and comfortable speaking with customers, this role could be a great fit.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales
This role will focus on calling warm leads, following up with prospects who have shown interest in our educational real estate courses (via book funnels, webinars, or course downloads), and pitching them on program upgrades.
Customer Service
Respond to customer questions, handle refunds, and solve simple service issues via email, chat, or text
Track interactions and notes in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Basic Social Media Posting
At the start of each shift, post one pre-made video to 5 platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
No strategy or content creation required -- just consistent posting
Schedule Requirements
Must be available Wednesday-Sunday
Work U.S.-aligned evenings and weekends
Able to respond to leads and customer inquiries quickly during scheduled hours
