We specialize in in-house decorated apparel and custom online stores, serving clients across the U.S. with fast, creative, and reliable service.

We're growing our international team and looking for experienced, driven people to help us expand our outbound sales efforts.

About the Role

We're hiring a full-time

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

based in South Africa to join our remote sales support team. As an SDR, you'll be responsible for

generating leads

,

setting up qualified meetings

, and

supporting the U.S.-based sales team

in growing our customer base.

This role requires someone with at least

3 years of proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation

. Experience in the

apparel, print, promotional products, or custom merchandise industry

is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential customers (schools, nonprofits, fire/police departments, companies, etc.) Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling (scripts and tools provided) Set qualified appointments and hand off warm leads to the U.S. sales team Keep leads organized and updated in HubSpot CRM Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve messaging and lead quality Consistently hit weekly/monthly outreach and meeting goals Contribute to refining templates, prospecting strategies, and lead sources over time

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience

in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR work Excellent written and spoken English Confident and clear communicator -- both over email and phone Organized and detail-oriented -- comfortable working in CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus) Experience in the

apparel, promotional products, or print industry

is a strong advantage Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven Able to work during U.S. business hours (EST Required)

Compensation

Monthly Salary:

ZAR 10,000-15,000 (based on experience)

Based on meetings booked, opportunities created, and closed deals
