Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls, send cold emails and conduct LinkedIn outreach to generate and qualify B2B leads
Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
Use CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive to manage and track leads
Conduct research and personalise outreach to target accounts and decision-makers
Maintain detailed records of activities and regularly report KPIs to sales leadership
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and conversion rates

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a B2B outbound sales or SDR role (SaaS or Tech industry strongly preferred)
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a high-volume sales environment
Comfortable making 60 to 100+ cold calls per day
Experience with CRMs and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft or Apollo
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working setup
