Requirements:
o1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call centre
oTeam-lead/Manager-level background on US lead-gen campaigns and prospecting
oExperience with CRM software and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
oFamiliarity with B2B sales and appointment setting
oFluency in English

Key responsibilities:
oBuild and work targeted B2B lists using tools such as HubSpot, Seamless, Sales Navigator, etc.
oIdentify and prioritize decision-makers in business development, marketing, and senior leadership (CFOs, owners in smaller firms)
oExecute high-volume outbound calling campaigns
oNavigate gatekeepers professionally to reach the right decision makers
oLeave structured, effective voicemails to support follow-up and email
oMultichannel Sequences
oSecure qualified discovery calls and demos
oSchedule meetings
oUpdate all activities, outcomes, notes, and statuses in HubSpot
oMaintain accurate, up-to-date records for pipeline visibility
Operational hours:
oMonday to Friday PST 6am - 2:30pm (4:00pm - 12:30am SA Time)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R12500,00 - R16000,00 per month
