The Sales Development Representative (SDE) is responsible for achieving sales targets and for driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. Apart from prospecting new clients, the SDR will be responsible for managing relationships with existing partners and ensuring service delivery standards in line with our company values. They will be responsible for presenting tailored solutions, value propositions, partner configurations, cost structures, and revenue models that meet the client's requirements.

Operational Excellence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Sage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Processing of Opportunities/Quotes and Sales Orders within set turnaround times, as per Key Performance Metrics.
Maintain outbound Call Statistics as indicated by Key Performance Metrics.
Maintain a high level of relevant knowledge about your products and services.
Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, market pricing, and strategy and how to penetrate a new market.
Ensure that you provide the best possible service and outcome for the partner and client.
Our value propositions should be communicated consistently across all stages of the sales process.
Cultivate connections with various partner and client stakeholders and successfully negotiate deals to meet your sales objectives and quotas.
Anticipate, identify, and manage upcoming opportunities in the medium and long term.
Partner with internal teams to ensure the scope of work and proposals are tracked and managed.
Use sales methodologies and tools such as target plans, opportunity plans, and account plans to drive the sales process.
Financial Excellence
Meet or exceed monthly and/or quarterly key performance metrics (eg. Gross Profit Target achievement, Call Statistics, Conversion Rate etc.)
Contribute to revenue growth by ensuring that qualified leads are passed on to the External Account Managers.
Analyze sales statistics for allocated partner base to understand value proposition across Even Flow's comprehensive product portfolio allowing for opportunities to cross/up-sell.
Proactively understand and manage partner strategy to avoid potential drop off or churn in revenue.
Vendor Excellence
Build and maintain positive relationship with Product Managers and Business Unit Managers to enable efficient service delivery and revenue generation.
Complete relevant Sales Certifications by Brand as indicated on your Key Performance Indicator document.
Collaborate with Technical Team/s (whether Internal/External) to ensure that all warranty and technical issues or queries are resolved as per Key Performance Metrics.
Partner Excellence
Ensure that project registrations are logged and maintained as required by various Brands.
Collaborate with Partner & Customer Engineers, Consultants, and Project Managers during the initiation stage of a project to ensure its success.
Enhancing Your Client/Partner Interactions with a Strong Grasp on Product and Service Knowledge.
Uncover and understand partner and client business goals.
Focusing on the Solution: Deliverables that meet partner and client needs.
Understanding of partner & client business and strategy to ensure that we able to provide products and services that enable growth.
Streamline the onboarding process for new channel partners.
Proactively manage churn or revenue drop off by ensuring that service delivery, pricing and other customer's needs or expectations are consistently met.

NOTE:
This is a permanent position subject to a successful three-month probationary period.
