Job title: Sales Development Manager

Our client, based in the United Kingdom, specializes in providing exceptional services and solutions to startups and clients across various industries and they are looking to hire a Sales Development Manager to join their team remotely as soon as possible.

A highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding the client base and fostering long-term relationships with startups, investors and businesses.

As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of the companyxe2x80x99s growth and the clientxe2x80x99s growth, driving revenue and contributing significantly to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
  • Qualify leads through initial outreach, understanding their needs and determining their fit for
  • our services.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (email, phone, social media, etc.) to engage potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their challenges and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
  • Provide insights and feedback from potential clients to enhance our offerings and market
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and closed deals.
  • Keep accurate records of activities and pipeline development using Hubspot
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry challenges, and competitive landscape.
  • Continuously enhance skills through training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience needed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a startup or B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot and Google Apps.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A desire and appetite to make a difference.
This position is remote and is full time, Monday-Friday.

Starting date: As soon as possible

Location: South Africa (work from home)

Salary: R35000 - R47000 CTC
