  • Marketing qualification or relevant qualification
  • Ideally, candidates should have experience in fields such as telemarketing, insurance call centers, retail sales, recruitment (agency side), or real estate, showcasing a background in sales-related roles.
  • A strong desire and eagerness to transition into the B2B software and financial services sector, with a willingness to embrace a new industry.
  • Comfort and proficiency with cold calling, demonstrating the ability to initiate sales conversations and engage potential clients effectively.
  • Ability to identify and target untapped sales leads among midmarket financial service firms in the UK, showing a proactive and results-oriented approach to lead generation.
  • Willingness to work closely with the UK Account Executive and Co-founder/CEO, acting as the first touchpoint to open doors for sales opportunities.
  • Aspiration for career growth, including the potential to progress to an Account Executive role, and a commitment to personal and professional development.
  • An interest in and comfort with technology, as the role involves working with cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning solutions.
  • A genuine belief in the potential for technology to drive positive change in society, particularly within regulated industries like call centers.
