The successful candidate will manage both existing and new customers within the region surrounding Port Elizabeth Fluency in English and Afrikaans, as well as strong technical ability, will be beneficial. Fluency in English, Afrikaans and technical ability is beneficial. The candidate must have the ability to co-ordinate travels both economically and efficiently throughout the area and will report to the Sales Manager based in Bellville, Cape Town.

Meet monthly sales targets in new, used, and rental categories
Sustain and grow machine sales and rental hours within allocated territories and customer base
Actively track industry machine sales trends and identify lost sales opportunities

Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Grade 12
B. Tech Sales/Marketing Diploma or equivalent
Experience in Technical Sales Role
Knowledge of CRM Tools
Knowledge of MS office
Good customer relationship skills
Strong territory planning, business planning, and development skills and knowledge
Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Sound technical knowledge of CAT equipment and the industry, including CAT product lines, accessories, and work tools
Communication and facilitation skills
Financial acumen
Highly ethical - must be committed to working strictly under the guidance of the BWE Code of Ethics
