About the Role

We are seeking a driven and technically minded Sales Area Manager to develop and grow sales within an assigned territory. This role suits a results-focused individual who can combine strong sales capability with technical understanding to deliver effective, solution-based outcomes for customers.

An engineering background, filtration knowledge, and the ability to interpret technical information will be highly beneficial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales within the assigned area Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Provide technical and solution-based sales support Identify new business opportunities and market trends Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Maintain accurate records, reports, and forecasts using CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Represent the business professionally within the market

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in an area or territory management role Engineering qualification or technical background will be advantageous Filtration knowledge or experience in filtration, process, or industrial environments will be a strong advantage Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings AutoCAD knowledge or experience will be advantageous Strong computer literacy, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms will be an advantage Fluent in English and Afrikaans, both written and spoken Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the assigned area

Pay: R25000,00 - R35000,00 per month
