About the Role
You'll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing independent retail partners across KwaZulu-Natal. Your goal is to drive revenue growth through strong relationship management, account servicing, and delivering excellent customer engagement.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain relationships with store owners and retail buyers
Drive store sign-ups to a digital retail platform
Provide onboarding support and ensure long-term engagement
Identify new business opportunities and manage a regional sales pipeline
Deliver monthly sales and account performance updates
Travel to stores across the province as required
What You Bring
Previous sales and account management experience in retail/FMCG
Excellent relationship-building and client service skills
Own car and valid driver's licence (travel required)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Industry contacts in the independent or regional retail sector (advantageous)
