About the Company:
A leading provider of high-quality water and chemical storage solutions is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales and Operations Manager to drive growth and streamline operations in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and support regional sales teams to achieve targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency and quality control.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate logistics.
- Proven experience in sales and operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, storage solutions, or similar fields is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and drive business success.
- R20,000 per month plus commission and company vehicle
