Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales leads in freight forwarding and logistics
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote brand visibility
Conduct client visits and presentations to showcase service offerings
Negotiate rates, prepare proposals, and close deals with new and existing clients
Collaborate with operations to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or business development within freight, logistics, or supply chain
Strong knowledge of air, sea, and road freight services
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
