Sales and Marketing Executive: Electronic Engineering Industry is required for a company in Observatory, Cape Town, to execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aimed at maximising revenue, expanding market development and building a high-performance team focused on long-term profitability.
BEng/BSc (Electronic Engineering)-degree or related or BComm-degree with experience in the electronic engineering industry. Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in a multi-branch setting and a technical product sales environment.

Minimum requirements and working experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in a multi-branch setting and a technical product sales environment.
• Proven track record in driving strong sales growth and managing distributed teams.
• Experience in developing successful marketing plans and campaigns
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and sales analytics.
• Experience in developing B2B sales channels in the South African market, as well as markets in the rest of Africa.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally to branches and client sites as needed.
