Dr. Oetker South Africa is looking for a talented

Sales Analyst

to join our team.

As a Sales Analyst, you'll be instrumental in providing critical analytical and administrative assistance to our sales team.

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

Pricing

- Maintenance of customer pricing internal and external pricing systems across retail, Food Service and Exports channels

Reporting Analysis

- preparation of various reports - net sales monthly reporting, service levels reports, daily gross sales reports, pricing discrepancies resolutions - tracking and highlighting market trends

Customer Reviews

- Sales support - producing compelling reviews for account managers to use in customer meetings, highlighting sales trends with recommendations

Direct Customer & Exports Management

- Coordination of export and direct customer orders from order receipt to dispatch, managing queries and documentation requirements

New Product Support

- loading of master data information to obtain Consumer Goods documents as well as Vector product codes and listing of products on customer systems

Discounting Analysis

- tracking and reporting of the deal ratios and overall discounting line

Administration

- Coordination and support in the general administration requirements that are required in the support and running of the sales department

Minimum Required Experience & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field . Proven experience in a sales support role and data analysis experience Highly proficient user of MS Office Suite ( Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
