*THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE* This is a newly established role within our bustling and energetic dealership. As a key player in the team, you'll be instrumental in bolstering the sales team by overseeing seamless and efficient administrative processes throughout the sales journey. Your main tasks will involve meticulously updating and managing deal files, engaging with customers for essential documentation, and offering comprehensive support to the sales team as required. We are in search of a proactive individual with a high-energy approach and some prior experience in the Motor Industry. Job Requirements A valid Drivers License At least 1 year of Sales Admin experience within a franchised motor dealership Excellent computer skills (DMS Advantageous) Highly organized and proactive Stable work history Contactable references
