To provide administrative and coordination support for learners across the business. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, effective learner support, and compliance with internal policies and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Learner Administration
Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant learner records across all entities.
Support the onboarding and registration of new learners.
Track learner progress, attendance, assessments, and portfolio submissions.
Assist with learnership documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Communicate effectively with learners and provide support with learnership-related queries and challenges.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and status updates for HR and line managers.
Respond to learner queries and escalate issues where necessary.
Ensure all learner files meet B-BBEE audit and regulatory standards at all times.
General HR Support
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data capturing, system support, and policy-related administration.
Maintain clean, accurate, and compliant employee and learner records.
Handle learner and employee requests within scope and escalate where required.
Work proactively with HR team members to support shared objectives and deadlines.
Prioritise tasks effectively when working on joint projects.
Contribute to process improvements and effective information sharing within the HR team.
Qualifications:
Matric (Grade 12).
Qualification in Management Assistant, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field (completed or in progress).
Experience:
Experience in an administrative position (Advantageous).
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Basic knowledge of South African labour legislation and B-BBEE principles (advantageous).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and manage deadlines effectively.
