Key Responsibilities:

Manage all SHE-related activities, including audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and legal compliance
Develop, update, and maintain safety files, procedures, and documentation
Conduct safety training for staff, contractors, and visitors
Oversee environmental controls and occupational hygiene surveys
Lead safety programs, including emergency preparedness, PPE management, and waste disposal
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies
Drive continuous SHE improvements and ensure ISO45001 compliance
Respond swiftly to incidents and maintain fire, security, and hygiene standards
Conduct regular SHE audits and monitor safety targets

Qualifications & Experience:

Grade 12 and Samtrac Certification or relevant Degree/Diploma in Safety Management, Manufacturing, or Engineering
Minimum of 5 years' safety experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of SHE legislation and ISO45001 standards
Excellent communication skills in English
