Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Process




? Attending and engaging in RPA project meetings and reviews by contributing domain-specific knowledge and experience.


? Identify candidate business processes suited to Robotic Process Automation.


? Design, model and document RPA Solution Specifications.


? Ensure that business requirements are clearly identified, prioritised and satisfied by appropriate technical and or business process


solutions.


? Provide process solution support to institutionalise RPA initiatives.


? Analyse and make recommendations about improvements to specialist systems, procedures, policies and practices.


? Reviewing and commenting upon business and functional requirement specifications for RPA projects and maintenance.


? Draw on own technical or professional expertise, knowledge and experience to identify and recommend tactical solutions to


defined problems.


? Influence and communicate across business areas impacted by practice area to minimise resistance and ensure on-boarding of


new thinking.


? Take accountability for delivery of contracted work outputs within agreed parameters, quality standards and client service targets.


? Proactively identify interconnected problems, determine its impact and develop best fit alternatives, developing best practice RPA


solutions.


? Recommend changes to optimise processes, systems, practice areas and associated procedures and execute the implementation


of change and innovation.

? Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality- and timeline expectations.


? Participate in the specialist practice community and contribute positively to body of knowledge.


? Provide authoritative, specialist expertise and advice to internal stakeholders.

Governance



? Ensure that completed work adhere to relevant policies, procedures, governance and legislative requirements and report on


deviations and discrepancies.

People




? Provide specialist know-how, support, advice and practice thought leadership in area of expertise.

Qualifications and Experience:




? Diploma in Business Analysis or relevant bachelor?s degree.


? 4 - 6 years' experience in a business analysis or similar environment, of which 2 -3 years specialising in RPA solutions.


? Proficiency in process modelling tools.


? Proficient in writing functional specifications.


? Familiar with RPA platforms, in particular Microsoft Power Platform.

recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.


? Ability to create reports for various SARS stakeholders as relevant, in a lucid and effective manner, keeping in mind the purpose


of the reports.
